Let Us Guide You Every Step of the Way

Purchasing a home is often the largest transaction of your life, that's why we have a team with over 40 years experience to help guide you home.

When purchasing a home, you are faced with a multitude of decisions! The primary one is whether you are actually prepared to purchase a home. Locating the perfect home is not always an easy task, and obtaining a mortgage loan can be a complex and tiring process. Although, once you have determined that you are ready to move forward with the required effort towards your home-purchasing goal, the rewards are unquestionable.

Here are a few of the steps to go through during a typical home buying process:

Consultation - Help us thoroughly understand your needs and what you are looking for.

Search - This can include an automated email tailored to your criteria, so you immediately get notified of any new listings! It also includes physically going to tour properties.

Offer & Negotiation - Once we find the perfect home, our team will draft the offer and negotiate on your behalf.  Again, our full team is here to represent your best interests.

Subject Removal - Subject removal process typically includes due diligence with things such as: inspection, financing, insurance, title search, strata documents, etc.

Completion/Possession - even after all subjects are removed and the property is "Sold", it still usually takes a minimum of 2 weeks for the land title to register and get possession of your new home.
