Offer & Negotiation - Once we find the perfect home, our team will draft the offer and negotiate on your behalf. Again, our full team is here to represent your best interests.
Subject Removal - Subject removal process typically includes due diligence with things such as: inspection, financing, insurance, title search, strata documents, etc.
Completion/Possession - even after all subjects are removed and the property is "Sold", it still usually takes a minimum of 2 weeks for the land title to register and get possession of your new home.
