Since 1984, Jim has made the Shuswap his home yet his family has deep roots and have owned property in the area since the 1950's. As a Realtor for over 30 years, Jim has successfully marketed thousands of properties, owned and managed a realty company, taught courses for the BCREA, has consistently been recognized as top 5% of sales people for Homelife Nationally, and been involved in just about every form of Real Estate sales and marketing. As a long-time resident of Salmon Arm, the community's growth and success is very important to him and he keeps up-to-date by staying involved in what's happening in business development in Salmon Arm and the overall current real estate market conditions, both local and internationally.

Jordan graduated from UBC Sauder School of Business in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree specializing in Real Estate. Jordan has called  Salmon Arm home ever since. Jordan brings an in-depth knowledge from a top university and a proven record of intelligence, dedication and enthusiasm. Jordan loves the uniqueness and challenge that each Real Estate transaction and interaction brings, and it shows. With his over ten years of Real Estate experience, Jordan has consistently been one of the top producing Realtors in the Shuswap.

Nathan graduated on the Dean's List with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University with an accounting major.  From 2012 - 2022 Nathan had a very successful career in the golf industry, where most recently he served as the Director of Golf/Head Professional at the Talking Rock Golf Course.  Here he was awarded the 2022 Golf Professional of the Year, as well as helping Talking Rock get recognized as the PGA of BC Facility of the Year.  Nathan loves the lifestyle that the Shuswap can provide and enjoys sharing this passion with clients. 

After spending many years working in law and notary offices and gaining immeasurable experience with property land transfers, land charges and subdivisions Alex became our office administrator in 2009

With her experience, attention to detail and wonderful photography skills, Alex works full time managing our property listings. This includes taking photographs that highlight the property, creating 360 degree virtual tours, preparing information packages, advertising and promotion, scheduling appointments, providing feedback, and keeping information up to date to help ensure our clients’ experience is smooth and seamless.
